The beauty of our golf course
The hilly countryside surrounds the whole golf course, with views facing the hills from every angle. The postcards of the hills and the view of the woodlands of the Valley of Paravachasca can be seen from every fairway. It is a course which does not harm nature, it blends in with it, and they live together in harmony and constant dialogue. Its design was adapted to the place and ended up positioning itself as a reference in terms of the quality of the project. Woods, pampas grass, water dams and streams, bunkers, stony grounds, and each relief of this geography are protagonist in a scenery colored by shades of green that get lost among the hills. It is not easy to find so many memorable holes in just one golf course.

The story about its creation
Architect Ignacio Zuberbuhler Larreta, Enrique Larreta’s grandson, inherited these lands, and in 1995, together with his sons Alejandro and Javier, started a family project of a Resort and Country Club, including an 18-hole golf course surrounded by streams and rocky hills, planned for another level of golfers.
At the beginning, the golf course was designed by Angel Reartes, together with the Zuberbuhlers, who then continued with the construction, and architect Marcos Capdepont assessed them with the design of the greens. He used to stay at the main house in order to make the plans while the golf course was under construction.

Club House
The splendid Club House of El Potrerillo de Larreta is simple, functional, modern and elegant. It was inaugurated at the end of 2014, and designed by architects Claudia Mestre and Ignacio Zuberbuhler Larreta. A fundamental aspect regarding its design was the capacity of the building to blend in with the natural frame of holes 9 and 18, on top of the rocky headlands with magnificent views of its terrace towards the golf course and the hills. Its restaurant a la carte is managed by chef Martín Zuzulich. It also has a bar, roofed verandah, parrilla and open-fire asador, living-room, meeting and conference room, changing rooms, offices and there will soon be a wine cellar.
Golf Academy
El Potrerillo de Larreta is the perfect place to learn all the secrets of golf, therefore our Golf Academy, led by Head Pro Damián Lucero, has state of the art technology equipment for swing analysis as well as comfortable facilities to teach golf or how to improve the game. It has 2 covered ranges, and an artificial putting green. In order to adapt the methodology of the academy to the needs and level of each golfer, the academy offers private or group lessons, intensive courses, clinics for businesses, or the opportunity to play a round of golf with the Head Pro in order to have a first-hand lesson on which is the best strategy to face the golf course.
